Looks really plain. Most webmasters could kick that design out in just a few minutes.

You'd better have a look at it in Firefox too. It looks a lot different than in IE.

I've just started working on it (like 30 min ago) so it's normal it look really plain right now.

But I want to keep it clean tough.

I like the colors, but the font is difficult to read, so it will unlikely be remembered by surfers. I would also choose a dark color for the white text in the headers.
