Apperantly in my last thread people thought i meant i wanted a "free" site design.

No. I need a desiger that makes "freesites"

Requirements:
No huge minimum order
Must Take Paypal.
Must do full freesite. All four pages with place holders. I will inset content on my own.

Ive already hit up psyko, i believe he goes by "matt" on icq.

How do i get candyflip and wasnt she the one that stole a gallery a while go.

I can't comment about his previous work - I remember the Fletch thread - I do know that was quite some time ago, and I have since gotten a bunch of templates from Candyflip that are all original work.

Turnaround time wouldnt matter much as long as i could reach him and give him my order and know that he is working on it.
