No huge minimum order
Must Take Paypal.
Must do full freesite. All four pages with place holders. I will inset content on my own.

I can't comment about his previous work - I remember the Fletch thread - I do know that was quite some time ago, and I have since gotten a bunch of templates from Candyflip that are all original work.
