god damn i hate this shit feels like my head is going to explode or someshit
and my eyes hurt and i cant sleep to
i wake up every hour or so and its totaly fucked

I'd stay away from the milk. Milk tends to make excess mucous / phlegm.

I had the flu last week, got over it, and now have a cold. I am hating life right now.

Green Tea, it might not help for this cold, but it will keep future ones away for sure, it has loads of anti oxidents and all that good stuff.
The taste isn't that bad either, rather plain but try adding some lemmon juice.

Try gin + hot water + honey

If it doesn't work after 5-6, atleast you won't notice your cold anymore
