I stopped using IE completely. Opera wasn't worthy replacement but Firefox sure is
With the exception of StatsRemote's use of IE, I am now 99% using firefox. Currently the main rig. has been running for a week, with the browser left open - heavy use, like 30+ windows open, and not a single problem. I'm very satisfied. |

				 | Ctrl+click, Ctrl+tab -- I love tabbed browsing. I still get a glitch on embedded videos and an error being thrown when I close the browser, but that's about the only problem.

				 | I agree, I love firefox, only thing I use IE for anymore is just to see how my sites look in them since most people still use it.

				 | Is there anything special about Firefox besides tabbed browsing? I've been using Crazy Browser for a while now and it has that too. |

				 | Check out the extensions library. Firefox has tons of really cool extensions that does just about anything. I use Firefox for all my surfing except my online banking. My banks software was built specifically for IE. I LOVE Firefox |

				 | Yup ... Mo's Firefox rocks! With the exception of Nutscraper 7.2, I use no other, unless forced to check compatibility issues. IE sucks ASS, and not very well! |

It's funny though... the vast majority of the download sites start by using mirror sites and they do automated md5 checks to ensure file integrity. A digital sig does not automatically insure that a windows app hasnt been modified (depending on the signing settings) and frankly I would be surprised if the errors he had weren't because of spyware that IE let through. He doesnt understand obviously that the VAST majority of spyware / malware that is installed either comes in nicely signed packages or through lameass activex holes that they never bother to plug. I had an un filewalled sp2 ie for about 45 minutes after I got my new machine. It had TWO searchbars within that 45 minutes. I finally found the UNINSTALL IE instructions out there and since then I have had ZERO spyware. I dont even bother to run my scanners more than once a week and NONE of my scanners have found anything but cookies since then. (11 hours after ie was first run-to downlaod firefox and get one other app I scanned with s&d and had 97 traces of actual spyware. fucking ie) | |

				 | Firefox 100% What impresses me is that in less than 2 months Firefox has captured 25% of the browser market...thats solid and its a testament to just how good firefox is and how shitty IE is
