also, almost forgot, how do you handle downtime, if i get a 10 hour downtime for example, do I get compensated?

Yes, our SLA is on the website, and we do offer compensation for network downtime. We can assist with the moving of your website, provided you have a control panel installed, we can attempt to move you from one host to another.
