Yes, our SLA is on the website, and we do offer compensation for network downtime. We can assist with the moving of your website, provided you have a control panel installed, we can attempt to move you from one host to another.

Allmanaged.com is run by completely different personnel than Sagonet. I have been building this division for roughly 4 months, and it's entirely unique from Sagonet.
