But you cant really keep the rebills. Because after a few months your account will be frozen because your CB ratios will be out the roof. The only thing that keeps them low is the fact that you continue to get new transactions daily. Soon as you stop the CB's climb.. Big time.

In fact, Rand told me we were one of the lowest in Paycom :banana

Things are going amazingly well these days. Biz is great, getting crazy mainstream publicity, new programs to premiere, and as you know from being a brother in arms we are whipping Acacia silly.

I have to say that I have not looked so forward to a show in years.

1.6 EBITA is a number I would think would only get action from those already wanting to sell. That multiple won't interest any successful, happy owners.

people who bitch about how high 1,6 x anual income is, dont get the most important point. If you buy a program that makes 100k/month net, doesnt mean you will make that much each month. If you are stupid you will make less, but if you are clever, you can work on the sites, make them better, implement new ideas, get new affiliates, etc etc and make 200, 300k/month...or even more and make the money back very soon.

Lets face it the 1.6 takes into account industry risk and also society stigma. You can't go public with these sites. Fewer deep pocket buyers of your old porn site.

easier said than done.This business is not as easy as you claim for it to be anymore...affiliates are all situated where they want to be situated and getting them to promote new programs is not as easy as you make it appear to be.
