I actually also had a queestion like that
How do you send people from certaini IPs to a different site or a page and make sure they do not see the main site? if anyone can answeer please ICQ 277531205 willing to pay couple of bucs for this

both of your best bet is to go pickup a nice package from maxmind and use their database and mod_geoip
