I've had it with this guy. He's a lyer. And a staller. My patience with him is up. Like someone said here. I don't have time to deal with this.
I found he used this name. He said he couldn't afford a domain-name. Bullshit, but fine. Waited for a paypal account to go through (sending the guy 30 bucks for this domain is cheaper than sending a lawyer after him and making a deal about this will solve the whole matter much quicker). Now I see he's ACTIVELY using this name EVEN THOUGH I told him I would NOT allow abuse of my name by this fellow. He said here he made 3 bucks a day now... So I told him that was enough for him to buy a new domain. Then he says he's not making 3 bucks anymore, that was only the first couple of days. Yeah, right. This guy ran warez-sites. He is used to steal from others. Well, listen buddy, my patience is up. I'm going to take action. Might be the long road and send my attorney after you, who knows. People like these are just not worth spending thousands of dollars on attornies on. And frankly I don't think he has the money to repay me once he looses his case in court. But I don't mind taking the action that has to be taken. Will, you haven't been showing the cooperation someone who "closed a deal" should have. You KNEW you were using my name and you KNEW I was against that. Now I see you're trying to make the most of this domain for the time you got it. I'm sick and tired of the little excuses and turns you're making when you're caught on another little lie. September 4 this domain will be down or I'll initiate action myself. End of Story |

Ok I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. First TheHun registers freehunnies.com and offers to give me that for my domain, yet there is still the word "hun" in freehunnies. Then we make a deal where he would give me $30 so I can register a new domain, now he is backing out of the deal because he thinks I made enough to buy my own domain? Lemme just tell you that this site has cost me allot and made me no profit. I have spend $600 on the site design, and $100 on hosting, and so far I have made less than $90...which means I have lost $610 on this site. I have made no profits, I have actually lost allot of money. He also claims I am trying to cash in on his name. But yet I don't see how that's possible, I have never gotten any traffic from miss-spellings of his name, nor have I gotten any search traffic. I have not benefited at all from the stupid name.
He can wait patiently until I make enough to register a new domain, or he can spend allot of money on legal action against me, I don't give a shit. I have not benefited at all from the domain name, so I'm thinking a judge well throw the case right out the window.. |

Plus you're paying my legal fees when you loose... and believe me, those can go pretty high. Just another point to getting the trade union going... Stopping this sort of thing thru some education and having a large group to carry more weight in a trademark/copyright infringment case.
To the people that are commiting copyright and trademark infringments... Your demise is coming... sooner than you think. Precedent has been set and you can puff your chests all you like, but when YOU are handed the legal bills for being sued in a Civil Action where the evidence is NOT a 'beyond the shadow of a doubt', just a 'preponderance of the evidence' is all it takes to be found guilty. And to top the stack, you don't have to be making a profit or charging for the name or content by any means to be sued. This can also result in your hosts etc being charged as well. Guess who THEY will be sueing after that? I think the attornies need to be talked with alot more before some 'webmasters' think they are so intelligent. Or you might be paying the rest of your lives. Let alone the fact that any hopes of online income will be toast.
