1) Stop lying

3) Stop your illegal redirection from freeservers.

I doubt you'll do it, but that is what someone who was SORRY would do. I know you will "lose money" although I doubt you are making any now off that site. That is not the point. If you want to show people you are sorry - that is what you will do.

You cannot claim to be both sorry - and continue to do stuff that potentially profits you.

I know you will claim, but "the hun and I have an agreement that...". I don't care. Anything he agreed to, if he did, was in the spirit of resolving stuff peacefully. He compromised. First of all, my redirection from freeservers isn't illegal, it just breaches the freeservers terms of agreement, and it is their choice on what they want to do. I don't understand why you care about something as stupid as this.

As for taking my freehun domain down, that is also not your right to judge. This is entirely between me and thehun, and we have resolved a way where both of us wont lose anything.

I mean come on man, I could understand if I was actually hurting a bunch of people with my actions, but your preaching me about freeservers? how petty can you get?

What amazes me is that thehun is actually paying for this guys new domain! That is real cool - I really have a lot of respect for thehun!

Now, MrPanama... You should really take down the redirect from your old music site because that is against the terms of service of your hosting company.

Yes I am handing over freehun.com and freehun.net to thehun, it was part of the deal...as for the freeservers thing, it was just that my old mp3 site was shut down, so I thought I could just redirect whatever little traffic that is left, to freehun...no big deal, if freeservers doesnt like it, they can cancel the account, I dont use it anyways.

Playa - I couldn't agree more! This IS a VERY serious business for most of us. Most of us have taken a big gamble to pursue it and take it very seriously. That is why when newbies come in talking like they know it all, that their sites are the greatest, stealing content, domains and webdesign, people get pissed off - and I believe they have every right!

And according to the copyright and trademark laws of the Netherlands, of the Eurpean Union and of the USA, TheHun can demand that the domain freehun.com is not used in any porn related biz.
