Need Hitbot help - fast

One of my site is being hit by an assclown trade that keeps sending clicking traffic even though I disabled him for a long time... this is of course starting to badly effect my trades...
when can I do to stop his traffic?

How is he linking to you? Give us an example link.
Perhaps there are rewrites in apache that can block anything from his referrer or similar?

Where are you hosted? I know some hosts that would help you with that.
