I lost 25lbs so far!!!
In feb I hit a peak of 203 and I am a really slender guy. Nothing worse then a geek frame with a pot belly. Since then I have dropped 25 lbs to my geek fighting weight. Next years goal is too add some muscle to that total and keep the fat off.

What did you do to loose 25lbs?
I started to eat properly, thats all
I lost 25lbs in about 2 months since I started to look after my food.

Well I fell in love with a Brazilian and the whole country is thin. They pick out the americans by body shape. But otherwise I did the same thing, just cut out snacks.

I have dropped 4 pounds in the last week and a half. Eating smaller portions, and having dinner by 5pm. And then a snack about 8pm.
