The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy movie

I just saw a commercial for this when I went to see The Life Aquatic. Oh, man, I can't wait. I don't usually get excited about movies but I love The Hitchhikers Trilogy. I just know they are going to fuck it all up but I don't think I can stop myself from going to see it. Has anyone seen any real trailers or heard anything about it besides what's on Moviedatabase?

It's going to be done by Disney and will probably be another churned out movie from Hollywood, which will ruin Douglas Adams special brand of ironic humour.

Marvin's voice is the same guy as they had in the TV series which is promising. Only time will tell

Yes, trilogy. The "increasingly inaccurately named" Hithhikers Trilogy.

Warwick Davis? He's a solid choice for the role.

Sam Rockwell as Zaphod Beeblebrox: Check
Warwick Davis as Marvin the Paranoid Android: Check
Mos Def as Ford Prefect: I don't know about that...
