over here, we have Sinterklaas & Zwarte Pieten..
a white man with a beard, and a few of his black helpers (Zwarte Piet translates to Black Pete). Now since a few years, people are complaining that it's racism and stuff, so we've had Sinterklaas and multiple colored 'Pieten' (faces painted red, yellow, green, blue etc.), and a black Sinterklaas with White 'Pieten'.. political correct bullshit imho.. this is just a long-lasting tradition, why change it?
