I went to walmart tonight to pick up some shit and as I walked down one of the isles I couldnt believe what I saw.

Wrapping paper with a black santa and black elves. Now I am not racist, but come on.. Santa has always been pictured as being white. When the hell did he become black?

well, seeing as he doesn't really exist but in people's minds (sorry to the kiddies I spoiled that for) then it makes sense that people associate him with their own image. Afterall, don't we think he speaks English yet I was always taught he lived near lapland....hmmm

over here, we have Sinterklaas & Zwarte Pieten..

a white man with a beard, and a few of his black helpers (Zwarte Piet translates to Black Pete).

Now since a few years, people are complaining that it's racism and stuff, so we've had Sinterklaas and multiple colored 'Pieten' (faces painted red, yellow, green, blue etc.), and a black Sinterklaas with White 'Pieten'..

political correct bullshit imho.. this is just a long-lasting tradition, why change it?
