				 | I haven't noticed any problems with sp2 like I did with sp1. Backup all your files before you try it though. If you don't have sp1 or sp2 installed use this safe utility to plug a serious security vulnerablility in Windows XP http://grc.com/xpdite/xpdite.htm |

				 | DEFINATLY backup first !! I installed it and lost all USERS on the PC including admin. So there was no way to log in, all the info was there I ended up pulling the HD and putting it in another machine and installing XP pro fresh with Sp2 and it works like a charm now. |

By avoiding SP2 you are also avoiding patches for Windows vunerabilities that have been fixed.
