ok , who knows a good simple schedule software I can download that will pop me windows on my specified date and hour
saying: "you have an appointment in 15 mintures" or "don't start jerking off, the wife will be back from work in 5 minutes etc etc"

Windows has built-in task scheduler, but I think it can only run choosen application at given time .... So you would need some application which will write you your text , you can schedule notepad to be run with some text document where you'll put some text. It sounds complicated, but if you don't need to change the text too often it's usable
