seattle webmaster: refer me to a good accountant!

the new tax year is about to come...

I think I'm at the point where I need to get a biz license and get serious with my taxes...

can someoen refer me to an accountant in the seattle area?

on a side note...would it be better to go with a independent or a large accounting firm (ie H&R)?

I'm in seattle...if you're gonna get a biz license you might as well get an LLC or an S-Corp...it will take a couple hundred bucks to get going but you're fully protected then...just a thought
