must feel better, I know if I go a few days with out a can I feel great, and fall asleep much better.... but maybe its in my head.
I did go to that Coke C2 to try and reduce calleries in from it though, still tatse great.

im doing it strictly for health reasons. I cannot deny that I feel much better after giving it up but theres nothing like the feeling if carbonated goodness going down your throat.

Cool, I'm drinking a lot of water, coffe and tea! My decision was just to lose some extra weight. Actually Halcyon had a lot to do with it. I picked his brain in Santa Monica for what seemed like hours and he gave me some great advice that I've been following - good guy that Hal!

I weened myself off soda and stopped drinking it for over two years. Drank shitloads of tea and coffee instead of the carbonated crap. My mouth and stomach felt great, no more cancore sores and stomach aches.

Started drinking it again because everyone around me does.

My only problem with that is the layer of fat it could add to your stomach. But i counter that with 30 min of cardio 4 times a week. I do about 2-3 cans a day usually before I go to the gym. After I work out I can't drink anything but water...my body won't take it, id vomit.

I wish I could stop just because its not the most ideal thing to do, but its so damn good.

could somebody tell me what is so bad about soda besides the sugar? cuz i keep seeing people talking about how bad soda is but i haven't read anything scientific that says soda is bad, other than the fact it's very heavy in sugar which of course can lead to weight gain/obesity.

i drink alot of soda so i am very interested if there's some news I don't know about that carbonated soft drinks have been linked to serious diseases other than obesity and diabetes.

i just googled 'health risks soft drinks' - and as I expected - obesity in children, rising occurrence of Type II diabetes in kids they think soft drinks contribute to, tooth decay and something about people who drink a lot of pop breaking bones more often.

i think we're all pretty aware sugar can make u fat and rot your teeth. i'd try to quit drinking them if somebody showed me a link to cancer or some other serious disease.

my appetite sucks alot of the time, so even though i drink too much soda i haven't put on much weight.

one thing i do know, soda is addictive, well sugar is addicte.

not sure i could give up soda, think i'd have an easier time giving up smoking.

now, whenever i have anything like lemonade or flavored tea, i have to have it watered-down at least 50% because it tastes too sugary
