My only problem with that is the layer of fat it could add to your stomach. But i counter that with 30 min of cardio 4 times a week. I do about 2-3 cans a day usually before I go to the gym. After I work out I can't drink anything but water...my body won't take it, id vomit.
I wish I could stop just because its not the most ideal thing to do, but its so damn good.
