Let's say I go to an online store and try to buy something for $800 with my Epassporte Visa, is that possible? or is there a limit of how much you can buy in a single transaction with Epassporte?

Call them and ask for it to be raised. But I think it is $1000 or $1500. I can't remember. I just called and said make it $3000 and ATM at $600... I had to sign something and fax it back to them.
