They put me on hold 8 times to ask simple questions, great support! They had to ask their manager each question I was asking, why not just forward me to them rather than making me hold 8 times.

Cant anyone hire customer service reps that actually do something.
Epassporte is what paypal was supposed to be, but more and more they are slipping into paypal's footsteps, shitty customer service and random account seizures = bye bye reputation.
