Why do people say "My mom and dad" always in that order? Does anyone here say "My dad and mom"? Kind of wierd no? What would Dr. Freud say about this anomaly?

Actually I think subconciously that has alot to do with it. I was just having a stoner thought this morning and thought I would share.

My Father is gone though maybe that's why he moved to first.
