Tax 1099 Forms: Do most sponsors send it out? What about non-US sponsors?
Do most companies send out 1099s? What about Canadien companies? Do they report anything to the irs?

and yea they report them i just had to deal with the irs earlier this year |

Canadian (and all other non-US) companies are not under any obligation to report anything to the IRS.
