that E55 is insane, anyway, ya theres like 12-15k into the Lex, I just got it as well from a client, mods already done but I pretty much know everything done to it.

$51,300 sticker window w/ $12,000 - $15,000 in upgrades, sometimes I can't get over that :) :)...

I was looking into modding mine lightly.

its a 2000, loaded except navigation (don't really care)

no idea on quarter mile times, what i know so far in terms of ugrades are....: struts, springs, lowered, 20" momos, exhaust upgrade, big brake system upgrade, veilside body kit, etc. etc. and others, still figure more out every time i play with it...

myself and this client are sooooooooo goddamn busy with a few projects that we don't do shit else but work and work and work, but i'll get more detials on everything very soon, probably after christmas...

just be careful if you lower it and get 20"s...it looks incredible but tell the guys who do it to make sure they leave proper room between the wheel and wheel well / front bumper...


with the (1) big brake system, (2) lowering springs / struts, and (3) the 20" rims and low-profile, tubeless tires, its literally centimeters from scrapping one or the other...

I jacked it up when I first got it to check it all out, and turned the wheel when it was jacked up to check clearance, and it was insanely close, but when I turned the wheel back again, it literally pulls the entire front bumper because the wheel gets snagged lol... so i guess just make sure to keep a watch on the guys who do, or better yet, do it yourself, always the most fun... :) :)

I'll probably stick to the current wheels as i really like them, if i get bigger wheel i won't go higher than 19 inches, this is Montreal and the roads as shitty as they are getting bigger wheels will just fuck me. I'll look into focusing on perf mods if i make any, maybe i'll swith for a 35th anniversary 350Z as the GS is a bit old for me. Then again I just love the thing so who knows.

ya i hear ya bro, 350z was the first thing i test drove a while ago .. basically because I really love my 300z and wanted to upgrade big time, but Lex is just so big and comfy yet still fast as hell and looks sharp.... i really couldn't ask for much more (without being retardedly greedy anyway)...

About 1.5 months and 1700 miles now.

Loving every minute of it. A blast to drive. Handling is simply amazing.

Lots of attention (too much at times).

I can confirm the Lamborghini clutch myth isn't a myth but oh well :)

Overall very very happy with it.

I orderd them from Nissan but shortly after had to upgrade the suspension from the bump of having no tire.

Now it rides the same as stocks and handles better and still get the sweet look I wanted.

They where $4300 I got down to $3500

for rims and tires.

If I turned backl the clock I might go with 17 or 18's with the same depth. Although upgrading the suspension make huge differance around corners, getting rid of small bumps and at 100+

Good info.. Thanks! I'm going to definitly look intok that. I think I'll stick with an 18 because I've heard the same sort of info about 19's... I'd rather just throw the rims on and not worry about suspension upgrades... Awesome look though!

What luggage? and why do I need room for lugage? thats what the grand cherokee I have is used for, I love the extra bass in the Aviator and if you cnat stand that people listen to loud music then thats an issue you have:)
