Eating well is the key ...

Ask your doctor about them ... I doubt he'll approve .

Go slowly then when you think you are ready, take them . Or you will take some fat in your face .

why do people ask health related information on a porno webmaster forum? 3/4 of the people here dont know what they are talking about, and will post anything just to post something not haveing a clue if its correct or not.

check out their forums or PM me with any questions

what makes you think those people know what they're talking about any more than people on here do?

ive seen previous health related threads were some of the advice ranged from, getting tape worms from eating raw eggs, to makeing sure you dont drink too much water, to creatine causeing gyno. And the funny part is no one picked up on any of these obvious wrong words of advice.

It's sad how kids, though I'm only 19, think you can get big by taking supplements. My friend, who says he eats LOTS of food a day, only consumes maybe 1000 calories a day and he's 6'2'', and he thinks that taking supplements will change things. Yes supplements will change things up to a certain point but then you are broke from spending a shit load of money on supplements.

If you have no weekly diet plan DON'T buy supplements. Make yourself a diet plan that gets you 1.5g to 2g of protein per pound a day, and if you stuggle getting such protein per day then you can take protein shakes.

It all depends on how you train, how many muscles you do daily, if you push your training to the max.

Supplements can be really good if well used ...

a good diet and training program is better than any legal supplement (roids are the exeption)

Training differs from person to person. I can do legs all I want and still strengthen them, but I have to minimize my arms workout or else I overtrain them. Supplements are only needed when needed. Eating chips and mcdonalds everyday and then taking protein shakes does shit. Good diet first then supplements second.

I take protein shakes. They help but they're no substitute for food. If you want to gain mass, you will need to eat food and lots of it. Healthy food mind you.

robfantasy 12-12-2004 10:09 PM

whatever keeps you motivated to continue something that works and shows improvement DO and stick to it.

if altering your routine to see a slight improvement because it works for someone else doesnt mean you will stick to it thus causing you to get off track.

like anything long run consitency is what its about, not get rich quick.

"Whey powder is produced by crystallising whey. It has a low protein content, but is high in milk minerals and lactose. "

If you are lactose intolerant - any many people are - whey protein will cause gas or worse.

I've seen it recommended that you use protein shakes before and after working out when your body needs protein quick. And eat high protein foods the rest of the time. I like to sit down with a bowl of tuna and chow down. Tastes pretty good and I get about 45 grams of protein in one sitting.

Turkey, chicken, lean beef - all great for you.

The harder you work out the more food you're body will naturally demand.

Isolate has very minimal lactose compared to Concentrate. So if you are lactose intolerant then make sure you get Protein Isolate.

these threads are almost always disturbing. 95% bad information from people who kinda went to the gym once a few years ago for a while or knew someone who did.

proteine shakes are great, I take 'em daily. Having a healthy eating routine is the most important tho.

If you're looking for a good brand try Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey it's the best bang for the buck!

lol you get hep if you don't know who you're getting the product from or if you're too cheap/poor to afford new needles. Find a quality UG lab, get the appropriate syringes and needles and you're good to go.
