If you know where to complain about illegal processing activities, please Send Complain to MasterCard US and Visa US about Merchsolutions.com
They are running 3rd party processing without being registered as IPSP and processing Adult content without paying any Visa fees. I will talk tomorow with my bankers where to send complain to Mastercard US, they have MA Monitoring departament contacts. We must stop this scamers, moreover they dont pay thier clients, finding some fool reasons. |
