Does anyone else have a hard time going to bed early?
I know i should sleep at midnight, but it always feels like i'm missing something. But of course there's nothing but i end up sleeping at 4am anyway.

It's 6:05AM
I havn't been asleep... I am about to eat a hot pocket, take a "stay awake" and try to lay down. Hopefully the stay awake will help me wake up at 9AM

i'm always up til dawn...just my schedule
but takes me 1 hr these days to fall asleep even if i write down all i have to the next day my brain still won't shut off...grrrr

I've been getting better these days. If I dont go out I usually find myself in bed by midnight or before 1am.

why is it, I cant stay awake in my office, but i cant go to sleep in my bed.
I'm dead tired in my office, but I go to bed then I'm wide awake. Happens every time. |
