The day after my record income day my server got unplugged because i forgot to update the billing info... won't be back up for another 48 hrs appearantly

from my end my sites never went down but i've had people tell me my sites were down that's actually how i found out... then checked an old email address that i got the server with and received an email saying my server had been unplugged.
