psilocybin mushrooms contain a poison (psilocin) that creates the trip effect. While poisons are usually not things to mess around with this and many plant poisons will cause you to vomit far before you would die or have other serious effects from it. One negative effect (though more comical and embarrasing than troubling) is that they can give you gas both belching and farting so try not to have mexican food because it only adds to the gas. also nausea may take hold right before the trip really starts (for me its how to know if it will work at all) while i've never vomited i'm sure its possible, bring weed to smoke 15 minutes after you eat them.

Aside from weed to control nausea weed also helps with other uncomfortable aspects of shrooming. For instance theres another active chemical in the stems taht accounts for the body high and anxiety before the trip starts. Weed perfectly calms the anxiety and puts you in a good mood. I have always had lots of weed with shrooms and my trips are always pleasent

shroom are cool but don't do them more than a dozen or so times and limit your use to once or twice a week, (if your doing them more than once). You will have major problems concentrating in the near future if you "abuse" them. The old dazed feeling constantly creeps up on you.

Also realize that the state of mind you maintain while doing them, (your mood) will have a direct effect on how they effect you.
BE POSITIVE no matter what. They are a great experience to enjoy.

(also, while shrooming avoid people who are not, the make you dilousionally-paranoid!)

If you are sure they are the good ones you will not have any lasting problems. You might puke though or get a headache but that is rare. Shrooms are fun as hell... I reccomend taking them in a comfortable setting with 2-3 other people that are cool and you trust.

This is my third time doing them...Had a bad first experience but got em last wednesday and had a hella nice time. Sat back, turned on soul plane and laughed my ass off..My room mate came home and my other room mate and I just kept talking to him...

warning for shroom users:

make sure you dont take any type of prescription pills on the day of the trip and dont trip without having enough sleep the night before and also dont smoke joints prior to tripping
your head must feel clear and you must feel fresh

last time i did them (indoor grown), i basically cooked up my own recipe for death..and it was something that you dont want to fuck with in your lifetime

in the same time, it was an awakening experience that positively affected my life in terms of future recreational drug use and shit like that

Chased a fuzzy spider across a ravine in the anza borrego desert for a five minute eternity once, then watched the full moon come up and was sure I was sitting on it. I always feel telepathic on them.

If you want to avoid the nausea from them try blending them into a smoothy type drink or make some tea, much easier on the stomach.

Everyone should do them once in their life, makes you understand the potential of the mind.

IF you know what "serotonin" is, you are probably suffering from depresseions or other brain-related shit, and thus you shouldn't take shrooms, cause that will NOT help you. Only cultivated individuals should embark on the shroom journey.

A gram or so gives you triptamine like effects which include euphoria etc, more will often cause a rather introverted "trip".

So when you take a little and start having fun you should just enjoy it, not fall for the "baiting" effect which will have you tripping balls by trying to expand that triptamine type high.. .

Unless you are ready for it of course.
