Experiances with Dell 19" Trinitron monitors anyone?

I've had three of them swapped by dell support due to flickering...now my 4th one is starting to do the same.. am i just extremely unlucky??

Nope...I'm on my 3rd as well....but tired of messing with them so they've lost my business. Their support is horrible and I HATE holding 2 hours on the phone only to get someone who doesn't speak English

Have a 19 Daytek that came with the Dell system here - but maybe thats canadian support. havent had any problems with it and when at first the computer was hickup'ing Dell had it fixed and back in my hands the same day.

I have a 19" dell trinitron made by Sony and never had a problem with it

Well actually the support on the three first ones has been great - wrote them using the form on the website - got an email the next day that a swap monitor was sent and would be arriving within one or two days. However i'm still tired of all this back and forth monitors so i think this is my last dell monitor - gonna get me a couple of flatscreens now.

Is Eizo still top of the line?
