I've been gaining weight

I usted to be 140 and I've grown to 160, I'm 5'10. I bet is sitting on my ass all day eating shit. I gotta start eating healthy, don't wanna be 200! I've seen a few of you at the shows, lol

Get to the gym, start eating less carbs & fat & you'll see a big difference in your weight

do about 30 mins of exercise a day and the weight will probably fall right off. Most men lose weight real easy

i have been busting my ass in the gym for almost 10 days, dropped 7 pounds right off the bat. prob most water weight and still ahve a ways to go.

I put on a stack of weight when I stopped smoking. I found that going for a 2 mile walk every day helps
