brown it and cut up some potatoes and onions and fry it all together, Poor Man's Hash
Throw some mixed veggies in it with some tomato sauce, bay leaves, and all kinds of seasonings and makes an awesome soup brown it and put it on tortilla chips with some cheese and onions, refried beans, and salsa, throw it in the oven to melt the cheese.... not sure what this is, but my family loves it. lol Spaghetti, Lasagna, Chili.......... Brown it and throw it in maccaroni and cheese, for some great cheeseburger maccaroni That should start you off. LOL |

Make a green salad, and put it in a large bowl
Then, brown the beef, and add taco seasoning when it's browned Crush up some tortilla chips, and get some crutons, put both in the salad Put Russian dressing in the salad and mix it so the salad is covered well with russian dressing Add the beef to the salad, mix some more, and serve as is.

My mom cuts the top off of bell peppers, takes the seeds and insides out, then stuffs them with ground beef, onions, rice and then cooks them in tomato sauce (standing up). Usually in a crock pot.
Meatloaf is good too.

brown about a 1/2 lb of ground beef
add 10 cups of chicken boullion bring to a boil add about 2 cups of ground up carrots simmer for 15 minutes add about 2 cups of ground up celery simmer for 5 minutes more add about 1/3 cup of tiny pasta stars simmer for 5 more minutes serve with crackers My family absolutely loves this soup, I call it 15, 5 and 5 soup, it has a very unique flavor mixing beef with chicken boullion my husband used to call it poop soup.. because it never fails.. about 2 or 3 hrs after you eat it.. well.. you know.. lol it's very good for you |

I don't like Mexican food either, but that tortilla thingy does sound good. I'd have to substitute the refried beans, though. Those make me sick.
