Just contact Nintendo, it's most likely an automated mistake.
Read the article in Xbiz World (December Issue, pg 18) titled "Nintendo Apologizes to SuicideGirls for Trademark Claims". Same situation with you happened to them. It's part of Nintendo's effort to not have adult sites come up when children are searching for games. You might end up with a free Nintendo and game out of it just like the SuicideGirls people did. |
