team kill can be enabled on the server yes, but most servers don't have it turned on. You do have to buy HL2 to play it, but HL2 is well worth the money.

I hate PC games

the only games I ever enjoyed playing were sports games like Fifa/ NBA/ NHL, Championship Manager and GTA Vice City
