what the fuck
if you go back through this thread. the only people who claim to have got the wire have under 500 posts. smells really fucking fishy to me |

after an hour on the phone with various people the final story I got is ibill sent the wires to the bank on 12/1 like they were supposed to do and the bank sent half the wires yesterday (12/2) and is supposed to send the other half today (12/3)

If the 2nd half of the wires go out to day, that means we won't see them until Monday at the earliest, which gives them the weekend to come up with another lame excuse, as to why the wire isn't here... It's almost time to gather up a lynching posse to take a trip to Deerfield... |

I am beginning to believe this each and every day. Remember the thread a few months back where so many were screaming at us that IBill will pay shortly? Its amazing how many new excuses come up from "we are changing banks now" to "the checks in the mail" - fact is when you change banks that doesnt stop the payments, it should go without a hitch - just very poor management webmasters are the landlord, and IBill is your tenant - this isnt a charity - and many of you have lost their companies and cant pay rent - so if your the landlord, what would you do with a tenant who keeps making promises and doesnt pay?? |
Nothing in the bank .... at least in mine :winkwink:

I cant believe they would allow this happen when they know how much is at stake. |
Here's something that should make some feel better..
According to the InterNext website, IBill is still slated to have a booth at the show.. So, now I can show up, and reposess materials & equipment equal to the dollar amount they still owe me, plus the 6% fucking interest... Oh here's another question.. What ever happened to this oh so elusive "Personal Guarantee".. Everytime I call ( if I actually sit through the 45 minute hold time ) I am always told, "We're still working on that".. Well it doesn't take a fucking MONTH to get a lawyer to write up a personal guarantee. THen I log into CMI just now and I see this.. US ACH Payment Advisory, Check Date 12/01/04 Please be assured that the payout for check date 12/01/04 was processed as posted and funds were transmitted for payment. We are currently working with our commercial bank regarding the delay in ACH payments posting to some of our clients? accounts. Our bank has confirmed that ACH payments may take up to 48 hours to clear. Clients receiving payment via wire transfer and check were not affected. So now the delay is only effecting ACH payouts, NOT wire transfers.. So if wires weren't delayed, why the fuck have so many not gotten them yet?? Come on IBill, even you guys should know that if you tell 1 lie, sooner or later you're going to have to tell another lie to cover the 1st one, and as time goes on, the lies build up, and then you can't keep your lies straight.. Now pay me the fucking money you owe me... |
Just Called my bank. My wire came in today :thumbsup

hopefully others will post too |

i still wanna know why there hasn't been an investigation launched by florida's attorney general into what the fuck went/is going on down there.
i'm considering my dough a wash. if they pay, i'll be fucking shocked. |

excuse after excuse after excuse:
iBill News Last Updated: Friday 3 December 2004 at 3:54 PM U.S. Eastern Time -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: US ACH Payment Advisory Check Date 12/01/04 We?ve just identified that the problem with the ACH delay was as a result of a failure in the file format for the transmission of our ACHs to the new commercial bank. As part of the failure, a large portion of ACHs were rejected and another portion of clients received partial payments. Our IT and Accounting Departments are working diligently with our commercial bank to resolve this issue. |
...or maybe it´s correct. Had these delays happened a year ago, it´d have annoyed people not much more - but now, in the light of all thats happened, its a disaster. For Ibill, it couldnt come at a more unappropriate time - so i´d suppose they´d do most anything to avoid it.
But anyway - if they havent tried paying, because they cant or wont...I guess it ends here. Else, I suppose a week more or less isnt too important, at least to me, given the waiting we´ve allready done, and at least I can imagine that using the new bank for the first time could be a root to the probs....who knows... Only time will tell whats forever, and whats a trend passing by.... |

There's no bouncing back after this one.. They make keep their doors open, but their business for adult is shot to shit. All I can say is Fuck You IBill, I hope you burn in hell for fucking over as many people as you have. Your total lack of management skills have cost people their businesses, and I suspect the place that they live.. May you rot in hell... |

Follow up: US ACH Payment Advisory Check Date 12/01/04
We have successfully reformatted the ACH transmission file and our commercial bank has confirmed receipt. All rejected ACH transfers were resent and another partial payment was transmitted to make up the difference for clients that previously received a partial payment. Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. now we get to wait till monday and see if shows up. |
This deserves a bump... Anyone else got their ACH after their 'fix'? I've seen on another post that someone got the paper check already. Come on people, give me some hope ;)
|
I doubt we'll see anything before monday.
|
No ACH for me still this morning. If it doesn't come by Wednesday then I am ripping Ibill out of my site.

Were the 'format' wrong then surely NO payment would go through rather than a 'partial payment'. If it's right it works, if it's wrong it doesn't work at all, surely as simple as that? Wouldn't it have been better all round just to say that payments will be made over the course of several days as funds become available (presuming they do)? It's the bullshit and bad damage control that's done more harm than anything else to iBill during this whole debacle. |
i get my check from ibill through the mail..should be here by monday latest tuesday...and i dont think post count has much to do with if somone got paid or not..my post count is 1 step away from being non-existant.,but im still in the same boat as some of the "big dawgs" with ibill owing me thousands..belive it or not some webmasters actually make a substantial liviing without a 10k + post count on GFY .As far as the ACH problems..i can see it happening with the new bank switch- over .The fact that some got wires is a positive thing...by next pay out on the 15th i think we will all awake from this 2 month long bad dream a little wiser as far as where we place our eggs and how many baskets we use to hold them:2 cents:
|
I got my wire 2 days ago, I guess they must have been rebills because I havent worked with Ibill for over 2 years :glugglug

|
Nothing.

Paid today!
Although the owed monies and the 6% are still outstanding. Supposed to be paid first installment this month. |
sad :(
|
I had 4 IBill checks bounce on me in the past.
If i do receive anymore (havent yet).....Im still reluctant to cash them. what, so my bank can charge me for ISF on those checks? If Ibill has a booth at internext......its not going to be pretty. Oh yea, they never paid me for those bounced checks either. |
:o
|
I got paid today!!! 11-1 to 11-15 ACH US It's a start!
*Krystal* |
I got paid today too
Long Live iBill :banana :banana |
oh I spoke to an associate who also got their paper work for the repayment schedule last night. Seems they followed through on that too :)
|
Paid!
|
We have received our November 1-15 ACH payment today! The full amount shown in CMI. The first payment we've seen from Ibill since September 15th.
Good for you ,Ibill... You've now officially raised yourself above those "other"processors who had "problems", like GloBill, etc. Now, if we can get our payments on time, (hopefully this worked the kinks out of your new bank re: ACH payments) and start getting paid for the money owed from Sept-Oct, we'll be back on track. :thumbsup |
Yes great they´ve seemingly come through. Now let´s hope they start paying on time so we can all get back to business....
|
I havent recieved a damn thing from ibll .
:feels-hot |
I GOT MY CHECK..an no it wasnt for a measly 500 bucks...but I always get my check through standard US mail and it came on time for this pay period.
|
Mmm...
Suspect there is more truth than fiction in the possibilities of lies and "slippery conduct" when it comes to iBill. It is very strange wires don't seem to arrive that "supposed" to be sent. When you contact the Internation Branch of the bank, who have managed to locate plenty wire info in the last 10 years, - they can't even locate any attempted wire from iBill. If iBill claim a wire gets returned .. ask the same International Branch of the bank if all this info is adequate for a sucessful delivery of funds and the answer is yes. Even any rational and balanced mind has to leave some latitude for possible screwups - but this is beyond the point of credibility. BTW... Anyone that wants to take iBill up on "Promissory Notes" needs a shrink - not a good idea!! :-) They have broken their contract with clients and this "smudges" that relationship, or lack of one. |
