They posted this in the CMI awhile ago regarding checks:

Clients & RevSharers: Cashing of Checks Dated October 29, 2004 or Earlier
iBill has established a new commercial banking relationship for all of our day to day business requirements including Client and RevShare payouts. If a check is returned by your bank, please contact [email protected] for re-issuance.

Good to hear the wires are coming in for US accounts too.

The cheques bouncing, havent tried that with them - but as for the CMI message, it seems to be the case only, if its older cheques issued by the old bank.

I called ibill and talked to my rep of the last 7 years and she said that they DID pay and that it may take up to 4 pm today (EST?) to show on bank accounts. She hasn't steered me wrong yet.

On the monthly 1/12th plus 6 % interest PAST DUE payouts.... they say they are making payments each day through out this month to clients because they are not able to pay out all at one time. The list of who gets paid when will be available on Dec 6th they say.

For the stability , CCbill is the best now for sure . Referal program is a lot better on CCbill too . Everything seem to be better with CCbill but my sales are lower since I switched with them .... !

If you take into account the large number of chargebacks, refunds and revokes that you got with Ibill. I am sure you will find CCbill gives you more cash in your pocket at the end of the day ?

In extensive tests we did through our Busty-Bucks affiliate program we found refunds ran ten times higher with Ibill compared to CCbill and yes CCbill affiliate program is first class

Noon PST / 3pm EST and STILL no wire..

Even when IBill was "slow" before, the wire was ALWAYS in the bank before noon of the 2nd..

Starting to have some serious doubts.

Unfortunately, he isn't joking. The same thing happened when we tried to cash our paychecks. They had to issue a second round of checks that were valid. iBill basically blamed it on the company that writes our......and your.........checks. We were told that iBill notified the company that iBill had changed banks and that the company didn't change the checks to draft from the new bank. But then I was told, it was the other way around. iBill didn't inform the check company and thats why we all had the problems.

As far as the wires are concerned, I think isn't really a suprise that everyone hasn't been paid yet. We were also informed that only most of the webmasters have been paid....but not all. That really doesn't make any sense considering that all of your money has been collected but not paid even after the whole fiasco with First Data. iBill shoud......in theory.........have more than enough money to pay out.

Good Luck everyone! If anything, Client Services is open until 11:00 PM EST.

Actually, I think they've been doing this since before the fiasco. I don't think they send the money out to everyone on the same day. The 2 or 3 payments right before the FirstData thing happened, our direct deposit payment didn't come through until the 3rd day. If it was due on the 1st, it showed up on the 3rd, if it was due on the 15th, it showed up on the 17th. Before that, the deposit was made on the second day. We were giving it one more time before we threw a bitch-fit to support, when the shit hit the fan.

Lucky us, we must have gotten bumped to the "don't-mean-shit" list of getting paid.

But I would like to thank you for posting here and keeping us informed from an inside perspective. I appreciate it.

These check bouncing rumors concern me. I was told by a CS rep that the delay in posting was due to the fact that they switched banks. I was told that everything was sent out yesterday. I can't afford NOT to believe that ibill will come through. If they miss another payment, I am out of business.

What you say seems logical. But how many people dumped them last month? Did they collect enough to cover their operating expenses? They probably lost 70% of their business when this started. I will bet that the top execs at ibill haven't missed any paydays.

4:30 PST and no wire..

I don't believe the "Banking Problem" excuse, as in the 5 years I've been using them ( as one of 3 processors ), I've NEVER had a "Banking problem" with ANY of the 3 processors I use, including IBill...

Oh well, such is life, I've taken bigger losses from billing companies in the past ( think DMR )....

4 Responses, 1 post! Saves time.........or something.......

- MickeyG: I think the "banking problem" response was a load of shit just in the sense that the bank change took place last month..........and that was short-lived. That shouldn't be an issue now. That was the "I don't have an answer" answer.

Your Welcome!

- Meloncash: Seriously Meloncash, the whole check bouncing problem isn't a rumor. This happened........both to the employees and to the webmasters. But as far as I know, this has been resolved.

As far as your comments about iBill loosing business, I would say that your figures are probably accurate, but they were still collecting in your money and it was still owed to you. Why should you be punnished for iBill's mistakes. Besides, iBill has repeatedly said that Webmasters are "our number one priority".........cough........If iBill can't pay, they shouldn't be taking your money.

- Mr Dickovitch: *shrugs* Dunno. I took a poll.......none of us know......I know the company that owns us........for the time doing is called Care Concepts/iBid. But they drive around in a shiny van and show up every so often. Gary Spaniak, Jr is the President of Care Concepts, but I don't know if that makes him the President of iBill.

No wire still. When you call them on the phone now it says that customer service knows nothing about wires and they won't help you and to logon to the CMI. I guess that is because they have only paid less than half of their webmasters?

I called them on the phone now. I asked if other people haven't been paid and they confirmed, and they claim it is a problem with their new bank.
They say that if I am still not paid next week they will do a trace on the money for me.
I have been paid the same since 1999 and haven't ever had to do a trace so I think they are probably lying bastards and will never pay me.
I guess if the money shows up in a few days I will feel bad, but right now I am pissed off.
