vine-ripened tomatos - i love them!
just finished hanging out with someone all night, and came home hungry. so i slice up a couple of fresh tomatoes, add some ground pepper, and eat them. damn good.
i'm getting stranger with age.

nothing strange about that. i always keep a bag of fresh tomatoes in the fridge.

Nothing at all strange with that ... it is common to many, but with different accoutrements: Pepper, oregano, salt, olive oil, crushed garlic cloves. Let sit in fridge or on counter top for 30 + minutes. (The salt will release all the water from the tomato.) Take a piece of country rye bread and have that with your salad.
