Does Time Zone effect 2257?
If a girl turns 18 on 12/5 and was born on the east coast, is it legal to film her at 11pm on 12/4 on the west coast?

well, if you want to get that technical you'd have to factor in her hour of birth, i.e. if she was born on the 5th at 11PM she's nto really 18 until it is 11PM in whatever time zone she was born in.
THEN you have to factor in leap years, for fucks sake....... |

There is no precedent, and I dont think there ever will be. So all this is speculation and hearsay. If you asked a lawyer he'd probably say the local time zone.

i guess it would be GMT lol i could be wrong, but it is internationally recognized at least :
