I say if you're going to bare yourself to the public, then be prepared to be bared for the public. Same thing as at rock concerts. I've worked security at tons of huge outdoor rock festivals, I was usually the guy right in front of the stage that get's out the hose and hoses down all the hot babes in front. The general concensus is that if you flash, you abrogate the right to whine about it later if your tits show up on a billboard. A good many states have laws that say anyone taking photos for commercial use, legally have to have releases signed from anyone in them. We signed them on South Padre for some guys shooting for travel brochures. So who knows.
 I wondered about that when they first started that sort of video deal. |

I'm far from a law expert, but if they had just gotten her to sign a release form etc. before using her Ta-Ta's in the video, then there would be no lawsuit. Probably some junior photographer trying to impress the boss took a few shortcuts and now the company is gonna pay the price.
