I am wondering...
This has been buggin me for a while:
If im correct there are roughly 300 million people on the web, or at least have access to the web. Next to the big sites, Hun, Worldsex, Persian, there are dozens of other sites with over 100k a day and 1000's of sites with 10k or more. Sum those ammounts up on an average day and it results in millions upon millions of people surfing porn sites a day. Ofcourse the big tgp's have alot of bookmarkers but still they must receive tons of fresh traffic since a daily listing on The Hun gives everybody that is listed a few signups. Basically what im thinking is the percentage of those 300 million people that actively are surfing porn must have seen it all. Where do all those new signups come from, a very big percentage of those porn surfers doesnt signup for paysites, those who do wont signup for 30 sites a month, more like 1-3 sites a month. What am i missing here? |

I don't think that alot of the signups, from "hunlike" sites are from newbies. Rather people gain their surfer's trust over a period of time and they'll sign up to a place that floats their boat.
I surfed free porn for several years before I found a site that convinced me to get a membership. I have been a member for over a year now. I saw the link on a site that I had been going to for some time so I figured I could trust them. And before you ask.. the site I joined doesn't have a webmaster program. |

I will probably sign up for a pay site in the near future as I have seen it advertised and liked what I saw. As well the tour is real nice and I think I will dig it. Now where I signup depends on who has treated me the best as a surfer.
As tenletter said, a lot of signups can come from trust and long term relationship. |
