It's an online game where people generate traffic for the host site by posting referral links EVERYWHERE on the Net. (Of course, they have an anti-spam policy). Participants get game points when someone clicks their links.

People were posting links here, that's why it got banned.

I still don't understand the rules exactly though and don't know how do you make money with it.

It generates a lot of traffic and from what I can gather, it is very sticky (ie., highly retentive of members). Once people tire of spamming to get points, they end up buying points for game play.

Direct and indirect revenue streams. It would be nice if it is more age-segmented or process/content-category targeted... that would make it a marketing gold mine.

I think the model is too risky, it basically encourages spamming of your link by any means necessary. I've reported tons of 15 yr old annoying spammers and despite their anti spam policy none of them ever get banned. Once 0utwar got their traffic up, I see they resorted to the auto toolbar install once their site loaded. An adult version of this is at pornstarguru.com I bought some traffic from this guy once and it was total junk. The players of that game basically click links within the members section to earn points to play the game.

Thanks for the input. Definitely something to consider.

I see potential in this model though. Perhaps, not as the CENTRAL revenue generator but maybe to add value to another property.
