Did you and that girl already hook up, or will a good hotel make that happen? :eatmouse

i've always said that if you can't be as comfortable travelling, then there's no sense in travelling in the first place... if the funds are there, always splurge on a nice room, it's good for the mind, body and sould.

Battuss, I think your best bet would be the Tropicana. The 30, 31,and 1st are going to be outrageous because of New Years Eve. Every room in Vegas will be sold out.
If you dont like it or want to impress the girl when she comes move to another hotel on Sunday when the rates drop back to normal. |

A good cheap place in the middle of the strip is the Imperial Palace. It's right beside the Venetian, across from the mirage and Ceasars Palace.
I've stayed there before, it's not the Bellagio but it's good value. :) DH |

the orleans its rioght around the corner from mandaly. Pretty inexpensive. Around 150-200 for 4 nights

Drinkin' Hard's got a good point. I've always stayed at the IP due to location AND, they have a room with a tub in it, which makes for some great evenings.
