I think you can get a free one at netpond (gate page maker) dirty gold has an advanced s/e gate page maker for free for partners

hmm, it took me a month to make a doorway creator, but submission tool... u really would risk ur host's IP to be banned? SE r banning server's IP left & right after someone smart is running submissions thru crontab...
