Short standard descriptions of your site works better than banners in many cases

But it's hard for affiliates to make descriptions if they dont know the site that well. Most webmaster areas dont have it, and I (we?) miss it.

yeah I know many describe their programs and what kind of site they have, but what I mean is some kind of "reviews/text links" descriptions, like Hegre-Archives has in their webmaster area i.o.w. why should I recommend that site

Yes, but those descriptions tend to be over-hyped bullshit that doesn't tell you anything about what's really inside. It's hard to have a list of site reviews that ALL say "THE BIGGEST, HOTTEST COLLECTION OF RAW XXX PORN ON THE FUCKIN' INTERNET!!!!!" or some such drivel - especially when the reality is that all their member's area contains is a dump from an old Z-Master CD and somebody's video chat upsell...

I'd guess most webmasters would be willing to offer a password to take a look around.

I'm finishing up some things for our new tour for BustyAmatuerBoobs and the new tour will have thumbs from almost all of our exclusive content
we have some plugins from pluginfeeds, etc. but the main focus for BAB is our exclusive girls

We update 5 nights a week, Monday through Friday with our freshest update at the top of the page when the member logs in.

We also have little fun things for our members that aren't really focused on, but enhance the overall experience.
