Why would you want to quite jerking off? It's fun, free, feels good and helps prevent prostate cancer. Smoking costs, money, fucks up your lungs, may cause cancer and makes you smell bad. So between the two, obviously jerkin' the gherkin would be harder to quite since it's all benefits your giving up.
