I drank like 5 beers , like 6 absolut n cran , and like a few shots and about 3-4 soco n cokes...

needless to say i puked my life out. almost called ambulance for me. I was still drunk for 36 hrs afterwards.

For few months afterwards the smell of alcohol would make me wanna puke.

you need to exercise - try taking a 15 min walk before going to sleep.

try walking a few times a day if ya can - 15 min aint gonna hurt and youll be surprised as to how you feel.

also a nice blow job or a rub out helps too.

Actually excersise before bed is supposed to be a bad idea because it raises your body temperature, which makes it harder to sleep.

You're supposed to excersise during the day regularly to help you sleep. I know it has helped me. I ride my bike a lot during the day and sleep a lot better now.
