you need to exercise - try taking a 15 min walk before going to sleep.
try walking a few times a day if ya can - 15 min aint gonna hurt and youll be surprised as to how you feel.
also a nice blow job or a rub out helps too..

You're supposed to excersise during the day regularly to help you sleep. I know it has helped me. I ride my bike a lot during the day and sleep a lot better now.
