They make it really easy and cheap to incorporate in BC now. It can be done by yourself over the web in a few minutes for under $400. No more $1000 for an accountant or attorney to do it anymore. I have 3 corps active right now.

The director(s) can be held personally liable in certain instances and when suing a corporation, the plaintiff can sue the director(s) as well.
